Owner, Dennis Schaardt was inducted into the American Association of Meat Processors Cured Meats (ACMC) Hall of Fame in 2024. The Cured Meats Hall of Fame Award was established to recognize individuals that have shown long-standing excellence in the production of cured meats. One person per year is selected to receive the award. Dennis has actively participated in the ACMCs for several years and state cured meat shows.
